Interested in adopting one of our rescue dogs?

Here are the steps to a successful adoption:

 

1) Review the dog's picture and bio

2) Fill out an Adoption Application 

​

3) We will screen your application* and call you to tell you more about the dog,

​

4) A Meet and Greet will be set up. All members of your household (dogs and humans) must attend the meet and greet

​

5) If you are approved for adoption, pay the adoption fee, sign the adoption contract and receive the dog's health records

​

6) Love and adore your new dog!

Our organization - Forever Home Dog Rescue - values your privacy. Any and all application information is private and will not be shared outside of our organization with ANY other party. After a decision is made on a dog, all applicant and adopter personal information will be disposed of by shredding. We do not retain any application information past adoption in an effort to preserve the security and privacy of applicants. Vaccination, microchip and medical records of adopted and current dogs can be accessed under the dogs name and month of adoption.
