FHDR does not operate a shelter, and therefore; adoption events or setting up an appointment are the only way to meet our current dogs.

The rescue hosts 3-4 adoption events each month around the greater Puget Sound area. As far south as Tukwila, and as far north as Snohomish.  Events take place at local pet supply stores whom we partner with to get our dogs exposure to potential forever families.

We always have a variety of dogs to meet at events. When getting to know one of our rescue dogs, ask questions of our staff and take them for a walk to see their unique personalities.
